Little Munchkin's Growing...See!

Oh Don't worry it's just another post about being pregnant{hopefully the last}...so if your sick of them head out, if not carry on!

So I wasn't very consistent with the weeks in between each picture, but this is what I got! You get the point...I used to be hardly pregnant and now I'm ready to POP! Now hopefully I'll have a baby to show for it this week and not another picture of myself.

My closest comparison picture from Baby #1(Preston) and Baby #2(__insert name here___)haha!

I seem to be growing the same for the most part, maybe a little bigger this time around.

I'm most anxious to see the hair on this little guy. I had some hard core heartburn with Preston and well..lets just say it was well worth it, that boy has a nice juicy, sweet, thick head of hair!! 

 

I've had a couple of days of heart burn this go around, but NOTHING compared to last time... so my guess is not so much hair, but I hope I stand corrected.

Can't wait to meet you little man...hopefully in the next few days!

39 Weeks 1 Day...But who's counting!

Growth Chart

Not very consistent with the weeks in between pictures, but you get the gist of it! From hardly pregnant to ready to pop...now hopefully I'll have a baby to show for it this week and not another picture of me.

38 Weeks

Guess who only has two weeks left?...ME Me me!

We are getting so excited to meet this little guy, now it's just a waiting game. Still no name decided on, but for today the list consists of:  Wes, Wesley, or Tyce. But who knows we may come up with something completely different when the time comes.

How far along? 38 weeks 1 day

Total weight gain: 154LB - 34LB

Maternity clothes? Yep, but pretty much nothing fits nicely at this point

Stretch marks? None

Sleep: Fairly normal except the hands are numb and aching. 

Best moment this week: Realizing I can say my baby is due NEXT week...wow sounds so close!

Have you told family and friends: All the important people know.

Miss Anything? Still miss laying on my back...and my entire normal wardrobe!

Food cravings: Nope

Have you started to show yet: Of course

Movement: Lots

Gender: Boy!

Labor Signs: Every once in a while I have a contraction, but nothing regular.

Belly Button in or out? OUT :(

Wedding ring on or off? On,  because it won't come off most of the time

Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy

Looking forward to: My next appointment (in a week) The Dr. is going to check and see if things are progressing...let's just hope by then they are. 

36 Weeks

How far along? 36 weeks tomorrow

Total weight gain: 30LB"ish" I'm at 151LB

Maternity clothes? A couple of things, but I manly just sport my sweet yoga/dance pants!(Best investment ever) (p.s. they have an orange waist band...that is not my stomach showing in the picture.)

Stretch marks? None

Sleep: My hips/legs, my ribs, and my hands hurt when I sleep, WOW I'm a wimp. haha Found out I have Carpal Tunnel, my hands go numb ALL the time and they ache all the time too, especially when I sleep (Here's to hoping that goes away when the baby is born).

Best moment this week: Getting the started on the crib skirt...so excited to get it finished!

Food cravings: Nope

Movement: Lots

Looking forward to: Father's Day Weekend in Council Bluffs with some family!

P.S. Still no luck with names, we better get thinking hard, only a few more weeks to decide.

Uncomfortable Yet...?

Well I'm finally hitting the uncomfortable stage...where I'm pretty much uncomfortable anyway I sit of stand or lay. I don't really remember feeling so big and uncomfortable with Preston(although I'm sure I was). But lately I have just been feeling like...how in the world can I get any bigger?

I have this extremely painful...(pain)haha on the right side of my ribs. When I move a certain direction, or hit it just right, this pain zaps me...it's kind of feels like somethings pinching a nerve maybe and I all the sudden I'm zapped with this awful pain that feels like it paralyzes me for a few seconds. When I mentioned the pain by my ribs to the Doctor, he was just like..oh yeah that's nothing just you muscles stretching, which may be true, but I seriously will not believe that my muscle stretching can KILL so bad and for so long...I mean how much can one muscle stretch? So I just live with it, and hope it will go away after our sweet little babe is born. 

32 Weeks

How far along? 32 weeks tomorrow

Total weight gain: 22LB

Maternity clothes? I've pulled at couple of things out finally.

Stretch marks? None

Sleep: My hips started killing me when I sleep recently, so I put a pillow in between my legs and then I sleep normal. 

Best moment this week: Scheduling an appointment for July 16(after my due date) just in case... That means It's getting CLOSER!!

Have you told family and friends: All the important people know.

Miss Anything? Cute clothes and jeans to don't squeeze me to death.

Food cravings: Nope

Have you started to show yet: Oh Yes

Movement: Lots

Gender: Boy!

Labor Signs: I Walk a couple miles every morning and after the walk a few times this week I'm pretty sure there were some contractions going on...good sign right? I better keep up the walking!

Finally had a few days of heart burn...but that's it. I had some major severe heartburn with Preston and he came out with LOTS of hair, so I'm getting worried this baby is going to be bald. So we'll see if the heartburn picks up the last month and a half, or we might just have baby with peach fuzz.

29 Weeks

                                            I'll be 30 Weeks on Saturday...less than 10 weeks to go!

Everything is going good thus far. I pulled out a pair of maternity jeans today for the first time...I must say, I made it pretty far without them...Well farther than I thought I would. And I can still wear my other jeans there just not as comfy.

Because I have wonderful negative blood I have to get extra shots during the pregnancy, so at my last appt. after I got my blood drawn for the gestational diabetes test I headed back for yet another shot. They really picked on my that day. Because of the extra shots and some extra tests that I have had done, I realized I've only been to the doctor twice{this pregnancy} without getting shots, every other appt. they've pricked me...needless to say I'm getting used to them. Here's to hoping I won't need anymore until the baby comes.
