IT'S ANOTHER BOY!

Ladies and Gentleman, here HE is! Yes that's right, you heard me...IT'S A BOY!

We went in for an ultrasound today and found out that we will be bringing another sweet little boy into the world. I must admit I really thought it was going to be a girl.

In my family(The Steels) babies have always come BOY then GIRL next.

My Mom: 1st was a BOY 2nd was GIRL.

My Sister(Britt): 1st was a BOY 2nd was a GIRL.

My Brother's Wife(Sadie): 1st was a BOY 2nd is supposed to be a GIRL.(She's not born yet)

Me: 1st was a BOY 2nd will be a... BOY. Leave it to me to throw it all off. haha

But we couldn't be more excited for another little man around here. Preston sure will love his little brother.

I even went and bought his first outfit today! We already have boys things but I just needed to get one new thing for the sweet little babe. And I went into 8 baby stores before I found 1 outfit cute enough to buy...it sure is hard shopping for little boys. When I showed Preston the outfit and said should we buy this for the baby, he said YES...MY BABY! I said your baby? He said YES, MY BABY!

Every time Preston sees these pictures he says BABY!!!

I asked Preston what we should name our baby and he said...CHEESE.

During the ultrasound the Dr. told us the baby has two Choroid Plexus Cysts on his brain (Which can be linked to Downs Syndrome), but everything else on the baby looks completely normal and healthy. They said it is pretty normal, they see it a lot, and they usually go away. They kept saying, don't worry about it, it's usually nothing....um right, don't worry about it? If you really didn't want me to worry about it you shouldn't have told me. But just to be sure they ran a blood test, so we are patiently waiting for some results. I know another blood test, I was thrilled....oh how I love needles.

And since I'm silly and have to think of some cute way to share my news, we won't be telling anyone about our little boy for a few days/weeks.
